Stephen has an impressive record. Over 29 plus years of achieving extraordinary sales results in Real Estate for Ray white on the North Shore area and Rakino Island on the Hauraki Gulf, with 80% market share of Rakino. The last 22 years have been in Commercial Management and business ownership.

Although an accomplished performer himself, Stephen believes in a strong family staff environment promoting wide achievement within the team and prides himself on his ability to create a team of happy professional agents working together for  excellent results for the client's.
